Girls are inundated with messages about who they are supposed to be which leaves them confused about who they really are. To navigate such a confusing mix of expectations, they need space and permission to talk about feelings, relationships, anxiety, school and social pressure, and their need to relax and recover. The more they understand what they need, the better they can handle life’s challenges. Facilitated by Cathy Adams
